CHANGE IS POSSIBLE
Thoughtful Therapy for Adults Ready to Understand What They Carry
Many of the people I work with are capable, responsible, and outwardly “fine” but inside they feel stretched thin, emotionally overloaded, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit who they are now.
You may be the one others rely on: in your family, your work, or your relationships. Over time, that role can become exhausting. Anxiety, burnout, resentment, or a persistent sense of unease can build, even when life looks stable from the outside. You may have tried therapy before and found it helpful, but are now looking for something deeper and more focused.
My work is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in helping people understand long-standing emotional and relational patterns, not just manage symptoms. Together, we slow things down enough to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, so change feels meaningful and sustainable rather than forced or temporary.
I value clarity, emotional honesty, and collaboration. Therapy with me is not about fixing you - it’s about helping you feel less alone with what you carry, and more aligned with how you want to live and relate.
Working With Me
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is calm, grounded, and able to hold complexity without rushing to solutions. I work best with people who are reflective, curious about themselves, and ready to engage in meaningful change, even when that change feels uncomfortable at first.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and currently see clients via telehealth.
As additional state authorizations become available through the Counseling Compact, I will expand services accordingly.
I accept insurance as well as private pay. Find me on Psychology Today here.
